Overview

La Parva is one little package of pleasant surprises. If you are lucky enough to get there on a powder day, hit the massive open bowls & gullies for uncrowded untracked top to bottom runs.

Packing a huge amount of vertical compared to its neighbours, La Parva has it all, from steeps chutes & cliffs to long perfectly groomed trails.

Often over looked by international tourists and considered more of a private ski club for the wealth of Santiago, La Parva as one of the Tres Valles (Three Valleys) links to Valle Nevado and El Colorado.

La Parva sits at 2,650m above sea level and peaking at 3,630m is about 40 kms from Santiago, with 14 lifts accessing 421 hectares of terrain; 30 trails range from beginner to expert; many providing a direct view of the Santiago city skyline.

The ski-in ski-out village is reminiscent of a European ski village displaying style & sophistication. Although accommodation is somewhat limited to houses & condos as most of the properties in La Parva are privately owned.

As for the après scene, whist La Parva hosts a number of restaurants & bars; the nearby town of Farellones provides some more flexible accommodation and nightlife options.

The epic terrain, chic style & easy access from Santiago, La Parva deserves its place on your Ski South America tour.
